2. Ordering

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept your order by sending a confirmation email. Until that point, no contract exists.

Refund Policy

At QVS Electrical, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available for most items returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging.
  • Non-refundable items: Custom-made products, special orders, and certain electrical consumables (e.g., cable cut to length) cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Proof of purchase: A receipt, order confirmation, or invoice is required for all refunds.
  • Faulty or damaged goods: If an item arrives faulty or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Refund method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Return costs: Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Warranty & Liability

In no circumstances may goods supplied against a firm order be returned without our prior written consent and the receipt of your advice note stating the reason for the return and the date and number of our invoice. All goods returned must be securely packed and, unless we arrange collection, consigned carriage paid.<> If we collect we reserve the right to make a handling charge, and the issue of our collection note will not bind us to issue any credit in respect of the goods.

7. Intellectual Property
